摘要: Minor differences in the expression of individual H-2K and H-2D antigens were detected on mouse spleen cells. The method involved use an125I-protein A radioimmunoassay using highly specific anti-H-2 sera to make estimates number cell-bound antibody molecules. maximum binding sites varied for each H-2 antigen reflecting between 10 70 percent any two antigens. order magnitude was Db>(Kd)=Kk=Kb=Dq>Dd>Kq>Dk. background detectable, but allele-specific independent other K, D or I expressed same cell.
