摘要: This paper discusses the relationship between cigarette smoking and p53 protein P21 expression by immunohistochemical analysis in 93 cases with lung cancer which squamous cell carcinoma accounted for 45 cases, adenocarcinoma 48 cases. The results showed that positive proportion of was 74.20% (28 37 carcinoma, 21 30 adenocarcinomas) group cancers, 38.46% (3 8 7 18 nonsmoking cancers. difference statistically significant. Odds ratio 4.14 confidence limits OR 1.42-12.52. A dose-related presents amount years. 79.31% (21 28 25 82.75% (10 11 squamous, 14 not But their were very high both groups. It indicated no expression. We suggest gene could be a common target tobacco-associated carcinogenesis cancer.
