摘要: To investigate a possible relationship between the exposure to tobacco smoke and presence of ras point mutations, we examined lung adenocarcinoma samples from 27 smokers nonsmokers. Activating mutations in K-ras (also known as KRAS2) N-ras NRAS) were determined by using polymerase chain reaction oligonucleotide hybridization detect mutated sequences. Mutations more often found adenocarcinomas obtained (eight 27) than nonsmokers (two (P = .044, Fisher's exact test). All present codon 12. None other parameters differed significantly ras-positive ras-negative groups. We conclude that carcinogenic agents is an important factor induction human adenocarcinomas, but may also infrequently occur tumors non-smokers.
