摘要: An integrated optical sensor module includes an die having sensing area on its first surface, and application-specific circuit (ASIC) arranged over the surface of die. A hole in ASIC is at least partially aligned with such that some light passing through may contact area. The can be configured to receive fiber, lens structure, or other element therein.
