摘要: The present study was aimed at application of rapid analytical techniques such as Electronic Tongue and FTIR spectroscopy to the recognition quantitative analysis different apple varieties. Five varieties were studied using three techniques: HPLC, electronic tongue multisensor system based on potentiometric chemical sensors spectroscopy. Twenty samples (apples) each variety measured. Concentrations organic acids malic, citric, galacturonic etc. sugars measured by which is a conventional method for fruit analysis. HPLC data used reference calibration FTIR. Different aspects processing addressed. Recognition classification apples according performed PCA PLS DISCRIM from instruments. Quantitative with respect content regression. approaches merging two instruments, ET ATR-FTIRT, considered. Low-level fusion found be most effective ATR-FTIR.
