摘要: The aim of this study was to compare the fracture patterns after sagittal split osteotomy according Obwegeser/Dal Pont (ODP) and Hunsuck/Epker (HE), as well investigate relationship between lateral bone cut ending or angle incidence unfavorable/bad splits. Postoperative cone-beam computed tomograms 124 splits ODP 60 HE were analyzed. led 75.8% 60% lingual fractures with mandibular foramen contact. Horizontal found in 9.7% 6.7%, respectively, 11.3% 10%, respectively. 106.22° (SD 12.03)° for bad 106.6° 13.12)° favorable Correlations modifications buccal (p < 0.001). No observed (p = 0.792) (p = 0.937) Split had no influence on splits, but did have an influence. More contact are expected modification. not differ
