摘要: EML4-ALK gene fusions have recently been discovered in a subset of human lung carcinomas, and the ALK tyrosine kinase with NPM, TPM3, CLTC, ATIC, TFG genes found hematological malignancies. To elucidate role between other pulmonary carcinogenesis, we examined 77 non-small cell carcinomas (NSCLCs) for EML4-, NPM-, TPM3-, CLTC-, ATIC-, TFG-ALK fusion transcripts by RT-PCR subsequent sequencing analysis. Although no expression or were detected any cases, was two (2.6%) NSCLCs. In one NSCLCs there exon 13 EML4 20 ALK, i.e., variant 1, 2. Both patients had history smoking, histologically adenocarcinoma. No somatic mutations mutation cluster regions EGFR, K-RAS, PIK3CA these however, Pro177Ser p53 carcinoma that contained 1 transcripts. situ PCR paraffin block section showed actually an gene.
