摘要: Abstract The present study describes a convenient method for the selective and simultaneous determination of 5-O-Caffeoylquinic acid (5-CQA) that is major compound chlorogenic acids (CGAs) in coffee, vanillin (VAN) caffeine (CAF) at an unmodified boron-doped diamond (BDD) electrode using square-wave adsorptive stripping voltammetry. effect pretreatment (anodically or cathodically) BDD was investigated detail on voltammetric performance all compounds. Cathodic found to be best choice with respect better peak potential separation higher current intensity. Three very well-resolved reproducible oxidative processes 5-CQA, VAN CAF were +0.68, 1.15 1.50 V (after 60 s accumulation under open-circuit voltage), respectively, 0.1 M HNO3. Linear calibration plots obtained concentration ranges 2.8 × 10−6–1.7 × 10−4, 3.3 × 10−6–3.3 × 10−4, 5.2 × 10−7–2.1 × 10−4 M, detection limits 4.0 × 10−7, 3.8 × 10−7, 1.5 × 10−7 M, respectively. applicability proposed illustrated commercial food beverage samples. As far as it could verified, analytical first one based CAF.
