摘要: Forests and forest ecosystems provide a critical array of benefits, from clean air water to commercial products open space. The forests their ability desired benefi ts constantly change in response natural forces, human decisions, needs. complexity rate demand rigorous evaluation existing emerging anthropogenic analysis potential impacts those consideration how our them affects future sustainability. Nowhere is the apparent need for these challenges more than Upper Midwest Northeast because this quadrant United States has both greatest population density percentage cover.
