摘要: In this work a method was developed for characterisation of commercially available polymers consisting mixtures substituted cellulose and starch. Selective hydrolysis with specific enzymes used to achieve separation the two in mixture. Enzymes hydrolysing (1 -> 4)-alpha-D 6)-alpha-D-glycosidic bonds were starch part 4)-beta-D-glycosidic part. The hydrolysed fraction separated from unhydrolysed characterised by use size-exclusion chromatography (SEC), confirm that enzyme different had occurred. High-performance anion-exchange (HPAEC) performed determine amount unmodified glucose units (UGU) fractions. Electrospray ionisation mass spectrometry (ESIMS) determination substituents.
