摘要: Adenosine is readily available to the glandular epithelium of stomach. Formed continuously in intracellular and extracellular locations, it notably produced from ATP released enteric cotransmission. analogs modulate chloride secretion gastric glands activate acid isolated parietal cells through A2B adenosine receptor (A2BR) binding. A functional link between surface A2BR deaminase (ADA) was found cells, but whether this connection a general feature mucosa unknown. Here we examine expressed at membrane histamine-producing enterochromaffin-like (ECL) major endocrine cell type oxyntic mucosa, if so, has vicinity relationship with ADA. We used highly homogeneous population rabbit ECL (size 7.5-10 µm) after purification by elutriation centrifugation. The expression ADA proteins assessed flow cytometry confocal microscopy. Our findings demonstrate that are partially coexpressed functional, regard binding adenylate cyclase activation. physiological relevance association regulating histamine release yet be explained.
