摘要: Abstract Photodynamic therapy (PDT) is an effective for local malignant tumors. Lonicera japonica was found to have the anti-tumor effect. The aim of this study explore mechanisms apoptosis induced by PDT in lung CH27 carcinoma cells with alcohol extract from as photosensitizer. Our indicated that extracts exhibited significant photocytotoxicity at a concentration range 50–150 μg/ml, 0.4–1.2 J/cm2 light dose. extracts-induced cell death typical accompanied DNA condensation, externalization phosphatidylserine and formation apoptotic bodies. shown be caspase-3-independent via activation AIF study.
