摘要: Abstract The aim of this study is to search for possible correlations between tariff components Latvian district heating (DH) companies and their specific performance indicators. purpose the correlation analysis find parameters which can be used creation a benchmark model, might in Latvia, as well other countries order eliminate negative aspects “stringent” DH regulation currently use. authors focus on significant constituting – dependence heat production cogeneration support schemes, fuel mix used, capacity load indicator. conclude that actual systems are very different – even though they grouped set based one parameter, at same time considerably differ parameters. Therefore, model cannot empirical regression equations only.
