摘要: The glycome, that is, the cohort of carbohydrates within a cell or tissue, plays key part in diverse biological interactions involved health and disease. Glycans are structurally complex notoriously difficult to analyze. Lectin microarrays, sensitive high-throughput method for glycomic profiling, provide global view glycome. In recent work, this technology has been successfully applied wide range studies, from identification glycan-based stem markers detection pathogens early diagnosis This review focuses on advances field lectin microarrays.
