摘要: Abstract A precise, accurate, sensitive and specific double antibody radio-immunoassay for methylprednisolone (Medrol ® ) has been developed. The assay is capable of detecting femtogram (10 −9 μgrams) quantities the drug in unextracted serum. primary was prepared against methylprednisolone-3-(O-Carboxymethyl)oxime-bovine serum albumin.
