摘要: Human cyclin A(2) participates in cell cycle regulation, DNA replication, and transcription. Its overexpression has been implicated the development progression of a variety human cancers. However, or its truncated form is very unstable absence binding partner, which makes it difficult to get deep insight structural basis interactions. Therefore, biophysical studies full-length A, would provide important information regarding protein stability folding/unfolding process.
