摘要: Amorphous carbon (a-C) film/n-Si heterojunctions have been fabricated by pulse laser deposition, and their current-voltage characteristics investigated. The results show that the atmosphere relative humidity (RH) has a significant effect on reverse bias I-V of heterojunctions. For low voltages, resistance a-C/Si heterojunction decreases with increase RH. However, when applied voltage is greater than threshold, increases This humidity-dependent phenomenon attributed to charge transfer from absorbed H2O molecular a-C film.
