摘要: Agriculture in Tunisia faces acute problems of water quality and quantity caused by limited conventional resources. One possibility to cope with low resources is purify wastewater for reuse. Among different methods the disinfection wastewater, inactivation fecal coliforms using a combination photosensitiser (Rose Bengal, Methylene Blue, cationic porphyrin) sunlight was determined on small scale. In parallel sensitizer photobleaching also followed under same conditions. The results described this paper show that meso-substituted porphyrin more efficient photostable than Blue Rose Bengal wastewater. A lower concentration, 1 µM, resulted very little cell death.
