摘要: Background: Gastric cancer is the second and fourth most common in Iranian men women, respectively, but it first leading cause of deaths Iran. Most patients with gastric are diagnosed at an advanced stage disease when conventional treatments have no effect on improving survival. So, early detection high priority order to decrease its mortality rate HOTAIR a long non-coding RNA which overexpression has been documented different types human can be considered as potential biomarker. The aim this study was evaluate clinicopathological relevance expression gene carcinoma. Materials Methods: A total 60 tumoral non-tumoral specimens were evaluated for using quantitative real-time PCR. Results: markedly increased tissues compared adjacent tissues. We further showed that there positive significant correlation between expression, TNM staging, perineural invasion, distant metastasis, not other features tumors. Conclusions: These results suggest modulated during progression therefore may participate molecular processes relevant malignant transformation metastasis
