摘要: Background: This study aimed to investigate the roles of tumour necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) gene polymorphisms in spontaneous clearance HBsAg after a hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection. Methods: Polymorphisms TNF-α (−1031 T C, −863 C A, −857 T, −308 G A and −238 transition) were evaluated 274 chronic HBV-infected patients 194 with resolved HBV infection. The peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMC) isolated from 77 (28%) negative HBeAg positive antibody stimulated HBcAg. Data on genotypes phenotypes subjects with/without allele at TNF-α−863 promoter single nucleotide polymorphism (rs1800630) compared. Results: region was present 154 (56.2%) 87 (44.8%) who recovered infection (odds ratio 1.58; P<0.01). genotype predicted lower production by PBMC vitro HBcAg stimulation (P<0.02). Conclusions: locus predicts HBcAg-inducible secretion. It is also associated chronicity
