摘要: Monodisperse, spherical organo-silica powders were synthesized from an immiscible mixture of aqueous NH4OH solution and organo-alkoxysilanes, such as phenyl-trimethoxysilane (PTMS), methyltrimethoxysilane (MTMS), methyltriethoxysilane (MTES). When the organo-alkoxysilanes added to with stirring, organo-alkoxysilane/water macroemulsions formed because immiscibility organo-alkoxysilane. In emulsion, organo-alkoxysilane droplets dissolved into water phase through droplet-water interface, powder was by hydrolysis condensation The obtained reproducibly under broad concentrations organo-alkoxysilanes; 0.3-1.5 mol/L for PTMS, 0.3-0.6 MTMS, MTES, ammonia between 0.0625 2.0 mol/L. According analysis solid-state MAS 29Si NMR 13C analysis, did not contain any residual alkoxy groups, only carbon sources nonhydrolyzable R groups: phenyl groups in methyl MTMS MTES.
