摘要: Abstract The secretory response of rat mucosal-type mast cells (line RBL 2H3) to stimuli produced by clustering or co-clustering two its membranal components; the type I Fce receptor and cell function associated antigen (MAFA) was investigated. primary reagents employed for this purpose were Fab fragments monoclonal antibodies J17 G63 specific above respective proteins. Fabs then aggregated F(ab′)2 mouse IgG goat antibodies. This reaction assumed yield predominantly three different bivalent reagents. Namely, dimers FceRI (J17-Fab)2; MAFA specific, (G63-Fab)2 bispecific (J17-Fab-G63-Fab) dimers. observed cellular analyzed employing a model which accounts FceRIs MAFAs protocols. Results analysis provided evidence that at least some molecules are physically with FceRI. As consequence, J17-Fab-G63-Fab induces secretion comparatively low concentrations these reagents, though significantly lower maximal than caused monospecific reagent (J17-Fab)2. result most likely reflects inhibitory capacity MAFA-FceRI interaction.
