摘要: The high-affinity IgE receptor (Fc epsilon RI), which is expressed on the surface of mast cells and basophils, has a central role in immediate allergic responses. In rat basophilic leukaemia cell line RBL-2H3, model system for analysis Fc RI-mediated signal transduction, engagement RI induces histamine release tyrosine phosphorylation several distinct proteins. Although alpha, beta, gamma subunits lack intrinsic protein kinase (TPK) activity, that copurifies with phosphorylates beta residues. We report here RBL-2H3 cells, p56lyn pp60c-src are activated after crosslinking, coimmunoprecipitates RI. mouse mast-cell PT-18, another type used to study FC signalling, proteins also an consequence crosslinking. Notably, only detectable src protein-related TPK PT-18 p62c-yes, it this receptor. Therefore, seems different TPKs can associate same become engagement.
