摘要: Abstract One of the fundamental components a solar thermal collector is absorber surface that should be spectrally selective for radiation. Efficient photothermal conversion benefits from surfaces. Most coatings use metal-dielectric composites, known as cermets, energy. In this study we will present numerical model allow us to correlate selectivity produced absorbers efficiency. The cathodic magnetron sputtering being promising method produce thin films, some cermet Cr–Cr2O3–CrO3 obtained by technique in reactive atmosphere and using DC power unit presented. multilayered composites were based metallic chromium matrix oxide with gradient oxygen composition. graded films pure target plasma argon–oxygen at different pressures substrate temperatures. microstructure, roughness, crystallographic phases, composition chemical analysis X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy reflectivity spectra vis-NIR analysed.
