摘要: Abstract The amplification of the electrochemical signal is crucial to improving sensing performance an immunosensor. In this study, a strategy based on co-catalysis horseradish peroxidase (HRP) and nanoporous gold (NPG) was used fabricate immunosensor for determination Hepatitis B e antigen (HBeAg). For resulting immunosensor, HRP catalyzed catechol thus served as label secondary antibody. NPG with unique properties selected carrier capture antibody immobilization. Further, had efficient electrocatalytic activity towards (the substrate HRP), which significantly enhanced produced by HRP-labeled Based NPG, exhibited good linear relationship between peak current density HBeAg concentration in wide detection range from 1 pg mL−1 1 ng high sensitivity 23.51 μA mL ng−1 cm−2 well low limit 0.064 pg (S/N = 3). Additionally, presented strong anti-interference capability against human serum, serum/dopamine, serum/tryptophan, serum/NO2−, serum/D-glucose, serum/IgG. concentrations detected were agreement standard that added serum samples. These potentially make proposed choice detection.
