Recent Molecular Advances in Our Understanding of Glioma

摘要: Our molecular understanding of glioma has undergone a sea change over the last decade. In this review, we discuss two recent articles that employed whole genome sequencing to subclassify gliomas vis-a-vis known alterations. We further relevance these findings current treatment paradigms.
