摘要: We identified a previously unknown neurogenic region at the dorsal surface of hippocampus; (the "subhippocampal zone," SHZ) in adult brain. Using reporter mouse which SHZ cells and their progeny could be traced through expression EGFP under control CXCR4 chemokine receptor promoter we observed presence pool expressing migrating direction dentate gyrus (DG), is maintained throughout adulthood. This population appeared to originate from where entered caudal migratory stream (aCMS) that included fimbria, meninges DG. Deletion neural stem (NSCs) or neuroinflammation resulted appearance neurons DG, were result migration NSCs SHZ. Some these ectopically placed. Our observations indicate zone brain aCMS. Regulation signaling may involved repair DG also give rise ectopic granule context neuropathology.
