摘要: The work of fabricating a piezoelectric (PZ) immunosensor for the detection staphylococcal enterotoxin B (SEB) is presented in this paper. Three different immobilization methods using anti-SEB antibody onto gold electrode PZ have been conducted. coated with polyethyleneimine (PEI) has shown best result. fabricated sensor can be used SEB determination range 2.5-60 microg/ml correlation coefficient 0.997. Milk samples spiked various concentrations gave an average 111% recovery toxin. assay specific. For example presence A (SEA) at 40 6.44% signal while D (SED) appeared to give no detectable signal. After regeneration 1.2 M NaOH, crystal could reused three times retention 66% initial also found stable 3 days when stored 4 degrees C dry atmosphere without appreciable loss activity.
