摘要: Since the discovery of low-dimensional carbon allotropes, there is increasing interest in using nanomaterials for biomedical applications. Carbon have been utilized field bioimaging, chemical sensing, targeting, delivery, therapeutics, catalysis, and energy harvesting. Each application requires tailored surface functionalization order to take advantage a desired property nanoparticles. Herein, we review immobilization bio-molecules, including proteins, peptides, enzymes, present recent advances synthesis applications these conjugates. The scaffold biological moiety form complex interface which presents challenge achieving efficient robust binding while preserving activity. Moreover, some require utilization protein-nanocarbon system environment that may hinder its performance or We analyze different strategies overcome challenges when as protein carriers, explore various techniques along with characterization methods, demonstrations employing systems Finally, consider future directions this field.
