TV Food advertising geared to children in Latin-American countries and Hispanics in the USA: a review

摘要: Introduction: Obesity is a pandemic disease in Latin America. The purpose of this review was to analyze the studies exploring food advertising TV conducted Latin-American countries and USA geared Hispanics. Methods: An electronic literature search MEDLINE/PubMed, EMBASE, SCIELO, CINAHL, databases open access internet, directed children American Hispanics living USA, published from 1985 January, 2015 Results: Twenty three were found, six Chile, five Mexico, four Brazil, among one each following countries: Argentina, Peru, Colombia, Honduras Venezuela. A high exposure advertised toward their family. This has been shown be associated with preference purchase those foods by adults BMI, overweight obesity.
