摘要: We previously reported the identification of human CAP, a protein that is related to Saccharomyces cerevisiae and Schizosaccharomyces pombe adenylyl cyclase-associated CAP proteins. The two yeast proteins have similar functions: N-terminal domains are required for normal function cyclase, while loss C-terminal result in morphological nutritional defects unrelated cAMP pathways. amplified cloned cDNAs from glioblastoma library encode second CAP-related protein, CAP2.
