摘要: Summary To obtain a reliable scoring system for semi-quantitation of estrogen- (ER) and progesterone receptors (PgR) in human endometrial tissue, we investigated the reproducibility subjective immunohistochemical ER PgR determination. Specimens frozen tissue were stained once (n = 129) or twice 22) using ER-ICA PgR-ICA kits from Abbott. The semi-quantitative approach used included estimates overall staining intensity (I) fraction cells (%). Scoring was performed by same observer another 87). Intra- inter-observer agreement evaluated Kappa statistics. We found that more comprehensive scorings I % could not be agreed upon observers. Only simplified reproducible. Subjective obtained this method with counting 38). Simplified H-scores, which multiplication of% I, reproducible, too. In addition, immunohistology significantly correlated to quantitation enzyme-immunoassay 39). Thus, it possible reproducibly semi-quantitate only employing very simple PgR.
