摘要: The association between the Arg194Trp polymorphism in XRCC1 gene and risk of hematological malignancies has been extensively investigated. However, results were inconsistent. objective current study is to investigate by meta-analysis. We searched PubMed, Embase, CNKI, Wanfang, Weipu databases, covering all studies until Aug. 7, 2013. Statistical analysis was performed using RevMan4.2 software Stata10.0 software. A total 20 case–control concerning indentified from 19 articles. In analysis, our suggested that not associated with an increased/decreased (odds ratio (OR) = 1.01, 95 % confidence interval (CI) 0.85–1.22, P 0.87 for Arg/Trp+Trp/Trp vs. Arg/Arg). subgroup ethnicity, no significant found either among Asians (OR 1.04, CI 0.84–1.29, 0.72) or Europeans 0.72–1.49, 0.83); analyses cancer types, leukemia 1.10, 0.89–1.35, 0.39) lymphoma 0.83, 0.57–1.22, 0.35). meta-analysis indicated might be a factor malignancies. future, more large-scale are needed validate these results.
