摘要: What’s known on the subject? and What does study add? Renal ischaemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury is an inevitable consequence of kidney transplantation. It contributes to delayed graft function (DGF), acute renal failure rejection. The present investigates for first time impact a combination l-arginine alpha tocopherol ischemia/reperfusion in rodent model transplation. We found that concomitant administration α-tocopherol has more protective effect synergistic antioxidant transplanted rat kidneys. OBJECTIVES To investigate role model. MATERIALS AND METHODS In total, 40 male Sprague-Dawley rats subjected transplantation received FK506 (tacrolimus) overcome early rejection episodes. Animals were divided randomly into four groups (ten each). Group I treated with (2 mg/kg/bw/day) served as control group. II 300 mg/kg/bw. III 30 mg/kg/bw. IV α-tocopherol. Urine blood samples taken at 0 (before operation), 2, 7 14 days post-transplantation estimation urine sodium, creatinine, fractional excretion serum sodium urea nitrogen. Histological examination measurement malondialdehyde tissues also performed. RESULTS Serum creatinine nitrogen significantly decreased α-tocopherol, well groups, compared Malondialdehyde was group alone. showed tubular necrosis markedly kidneys both α-tocopherol. CONCLUSIONS Concomitant kidneys.
