摘要: Complete surgical resectability is highly correlated with positive prognosis in all of solid-tumor management. It particularly relevant glioblastoma multiforme (GBM), where wide margins the tumor virtually impossible owing to difficulty distinguishing adjacent functional structures, such as so-called “eloquent” areas controlling language and movement. The use fluorescence-guided surgery (FGS) results differential labeling cells thereby effects a more accurate delineation than does visual bright-light (BLS) techniques. In this issue Molecular Therapy, Yano et al. describe modification assistance approach that enabled conditionally replicating adenovirus both delivery/diagnostic agent an oncolytic therapeutic.1
