摘要: Abstract The saponification wastewater from the process of propylene oxide (PO) production is contaminated with high chemical oxygen demand (COD) and chlorine contents. Although activated sludge could treat PO effectively, residual was difficult to be disposed properly. In this research, microbes in were acclimated produce poly (3-hydroxybutyrate-co-3-hydroxyvalerate) (PHBV) volatile fatty acids. Through Miseq Illumina highthroughput sequencing, bacterial community discrepancy between original samples analyzed. proportions Bacillus, Acinetobacter, Brevundimonas Pseudomonas, potential PHBV-producers sludge, all obviously increased. batch fermentation, PHBV achieve 4.262 g/L at 300 min, content increased 0.04% 23.67% mixed liquor suspended solid (MLSS) COD also decreased fermentation. This work would provide an effective solution for utilization sludge.
