摘要: The epithelium associated with lymphoid aggregates in the bronchial tract (BALT) was studied rabbits by immunohistochemistry using monoclonal antibodies against secretory component (SC) of IgA. normal bronchus intensely labelled. In contrast, overlying central parts follicles negative. This specialized cannot participate SC-mediated transport IgA, which might be a basis for adherence and microorganisms into tissue, thus initiating immune responses BALT.
