摘要: Sirtuins (SIRT1-SIRT7) are a family of NAD+-dependent protein deacetylases that linked to post-translational regulation many metabolic processes. There few reports available for chicken sirtuins (designated cSIRT1-cSIRT7), whose expression and in the liver have yet be explored. In present study, we characterized sirtuin members liver. The results showed share same conserved functional SIR2 domains. All were expressed extensively all tissues examined, levels cSIRT1, cSIRT2, cSIRT4, cSIRT6, cSIRT7 increased significantly with sexual maturity. However, downregulated (P < 0.05) livers cultured primary hepatocytes treated 17β-estradiol. We concluded some upregulated maturation, but might not regulated directly by estrogen. Whereas estrogen could used as an inhibitor sirtuins, both vivo vitro.
