摘要: A total of 16 strains canine distemper virus (CDV) were detected from vaccinated minks, foxes, and raccoon dogs in four provinces North-Eastern China between the end 2011 2013. Upon sequence analysis haemagglutinin gene comparison with wild-type CDV different species same geographical areas, two non-synonymous single nucleotide polymorphisms identified 10 strains, which led to amino acid changes at positions 542 (isoleucine asparagine) 549 (tyrosine histidine) protein coding sequence. The change residue generated a potentially novel N-glycosylation site. Masking antigenic epitopes by sugar moieties might represent mechanism for evasion neutralising antibodies reduced protection vaccination.
