摘要: A widespread, severe outbreak of canine distemper encephalitis was observed in wildlife Southern Bavaria the spring and summer 2008. The haemagglutinin (HA) genes six representative virus (CDV) samples originating from five red foxes one badger during this had a Y549H amino acid substitution HA protein compared to sequences two captive domesticated ferrets which succumbed CDV same area 2 years earlier. As specific at receptor-binding site has been hypothesised contribute emergence its spread novel hosts, might, directly or indirectly, be associated with exchange.
