摘要: Recent studies concerning B cell development in the mouse embryo have indicated that first cells committed to lineage arise para-aortic splanchnopleura at a time prior hematopoietic colonisation of fetal liver [1]. The lymphoid potential such was revealed by vivo transfer experiments, and has recently been confirmed analysis vitro [2]. Whether what way mature progeny progenitors contribute repertoire developing is less clear. This also raises question quantitative qualitative contribution liver-derived pool cells.
