摘要: The expression of freezing tolerance was examined in interspecific F1 and somatic hybrids potatoes using 20 species 34 different combinations between hardy sensitive species. In the field, frost resembled either that parent, or parental mean, depending on combination genomic ratio (ratio number sets chromosomes contributed from each parent). Similar phenomena were observed when non-acclimated (NA) acclimation capacity (ACC) (two independent genetic components tolerance) evaluated separately under controlled environments. general, level higher with more genomes parent than parent. addition, effectiveness combining ability genes conferring also showed some influence tolerance. All three parameters, namely NA, ACC acclimated (AA) (NA plus ACC), significantly correlated to exhibited field. This indicates test used this study could provide a good estimate field performance. implications these results breeding for are discussed.
