摘要: Long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) FEZF1 antisense 1 (FEZF1-AS1) has been shown to be up-regulated in tumor tissues and cells, exerts oncogenic effects on various types of malignancies. However, the expression function FEZF1-AS1 was still fully unclear retinoblastoma. The purpose our study investigate clinical value retinoblastoma patients, explore effect cell proliferation, migration invasion. In results, levels were elevated tissue specimens lines compared with adjacent normal retina human retinal pigment epithelial line, respectively. correlation analysis indicated that high significantly correlated present choroidal invasion optic nerve Survival suggested patients group had obviously short disease-free survival (DFS) low group, an independent unfavorable prognostic factor for DFS patients. Loss-of-function silencing inhibited migration. conclusion, functions as lncRNA
