摘要: AbstractThis paper presents a fuzzy-neural-network-based fluctuation smoothing rule to further improve the performance of scheduling jobs with various priorities in wafer fabrication plant. The fuzzy system is modified from well-known policy for mean cycle time (FSMCT) three innovative treatments. First, remaining job estimated by applying an existing approach estimation accuracy. Second, components FSMCT are normalized balance their importance. Finally, division operator applied instead traditional subtraction order magnify difference slack and enhance responsiveness rule.
