摘要: Job dispatching in a wafer fabrication factory is difficult task, mainly due to the complexity of production system and uncertainty involved activities. Recently, number advanced rules were proposed, which estimate remaining cycle times jobs. This predictive nature conducive effectiveness these rules. If time can be better considered, incorrect scheduling will possibly reduced. The tailored nonlinear fluctuation smoothing rule for mean TNFSMCT fuzzified this study, by expressing with fuzzy value. proposed methodology illustrated simulation study.
