摘要: All tissues from biopsy or surgery origin are fixed and paraffin embedded as a routine procedure in the hospital departments of pathology. The traditional method tissue preservation is fixation formalin, followed by embedding. In this way tissue's integrity ensured also for future analyses, because there no further chemical degradation nucleic acids proteins paraffin. After few sections histopathological examination stored decades archives. Even if formalin compromises quality acids, it has already been demonstrated that possible to recover analyze DNA RNA these archive's tissues, even autopsy origin. Protein analysis on contrary completely blocked, due fact creates covalent links between only study protein expression immunohistochemistry. we present our results concerning use new free fixative, FineFIX. extraction PCR RT-PCR analyses were performed respectively. For was obtain amplicons 2400 bps, while formalin-fixed samples maximum length achieved less than 400 bps. show fragments 600 bps FineFIX against about 150 tissues. These analyzed Western Blot analysis, showing obtained treated amenable comparable with those fresh frozen extracts FineFix compared tissues'ones two dimensional electrophoresis, demonstrating pattern well number distribution spots.
