Δ9-Tetrahydrocannabinol elicited ipsilateral circling behavior in rats with unilateral nigral lesion

摘要: Abstract The present study was designed to examine the influence of Δ 9 -tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) on central dopaminergic system using circling behavior. THC 5 mg/kg i.p. produced ipsilateral in rats with unilateral nigral lesion by 6-hydroxydopamine. THC-induced ispilateral completely antagonized 0.2 haloperidol. These findings suggest that may cause a presynaptic stimulation nigrostriatal neurons.
