摘要: Tyrosine phosphorylation plays a vital role in the variety of signal transduction pathways eukaryotic cells, however its and relevance plants are still largely unknown. To investigate functional tubulin tyrosine plant cells interplay between effects kinases (herbimycin A) as well phosphatases (sodium orthova nadate) inhibitors on microtubules sensitivity to cold A. thaliana root were studied. Since it was found that inhibition significantly increased cold, while phophatases enhanced their cold-resistance, we suggest an existence certain interaction residues cortical low temperatures.
