摘要: The use of multidimensional capillary HPLC combined with MS/MS has allowed high qualitative and quantitative proteome coverage prokaryotic organisms. determination protein abundance change between two or more conditions matured to the point that false discovery rates can be very low for smaller proteomes is sufficiently explicitly consider negative error. Selected aspects using these methods global assessments are reviewed. These include instrumental issues influence reliability ratios; a comparison sources nonlinearity, errors, data compression in proteomics spotted cDNA arrays; strengths weaknesses spectral counting versus stable isotope metabolic labeling; survey microbiological applications analysis at level. Proteomic results organisms have been studied extensively reviewed greater detail. Spectral labeling compared utility gene regulation studies discussed methanogenic Archaeon Methanococcus maripaludis. oral pathogen Porphyromonas gingivalis as an example organism where large percentage differs relative intracellular extracellular phenotype.
