摘要: Abstract For the needs of photometric determination creatinine according to Jaffe protocol a dedicated paired emitter detector diode (PEDD) has been developed. This PEDD device constructed in compact form flow-through cell (30 μL total volume and 7 mm optical pathlength) integrated with 505 nm LED-based 525 nm compatible multicommutated flow analysis (MCFA) system. fully mechanized MCFA system configured microsolenoid valves pumps is operating under microprocessor control. The developed analytical offers submillimolar range concentrations detection limit at ppm level. throughput offered by multi-point fixed-time procedure for kinetic measurements 15–40 samples per hour depending on mode measurements. PEDD-based successfully applied real human urine as well serum. sampling unit used free from effects caused differences sample viscosity.
